Follow these instructions in order to make a screenshot:

- Press your device ‘Home’ button and ‘Switch off’ buttons at the same time, this should make a screenshot of the current screen,

- Open our app’s Settings > Help Center > Contact Us to start or continue a conversation with us,

- Tap the “Camera” icon in the right or left bottom corner (depends on your device) and choose a necessary screenshot you’ve previously taken,

- tap the “Send” button.
